By accessing or using WedgeBet (wedgebet.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. WedgeBet is operated by ABN 59 619 410 519.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WedgeBet. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you are legally permitted to use wagering analysis tools in your jurisdiction.
WedgeBet does NOT accept bets, hold funds, or operate as a bookmaker.
We provide analysis tools, AI predictions, and tipping competition management only. Any references to odds, betting, or wagering on our platform are for informational and analytical purposes. We do not facilitate gambling transactions. If you choose to place bets with a licensed bookmaker based on information from WedgeBet, you do so at your own risk and discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content on WedgeBet — including predictions, analysis, machine learning models, algorithms, feature engineering, ensemble strategies, and The Wedge brand — is the intellectual property of WedgeBet. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any predictions or analysis without prior written consent.

WedgeBet provides predictions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, profit, or return. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on information from WedgeBet are made at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WedgeBet is not liable for any losses arising from your use of our predictions or analysis.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@wedgebet.com.au.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WedgeBet will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. The courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of WedgeBet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
